Die Hochpräzisions-Tischdrehmaschine TMG-MT14BL wurde für Profis entwickelt, die höchste Leistung und gleichbleibende Genauigkeit benötigen. Sie ist für Werkstätten, Schulungseinrichtungen und Anwendungen in der Leichtindustrie konzipiert und verfügt über ultraschallgehärtete Bettführungen, eine hochpräzise Spindel mit Wälzlagern sowie gehärtete Stahl-Spindelstock-Innenteile für dauerhafte Stabilität und Präzision.

Sie schneidet 26 metrische und 34 imperiale Gewindearten und ist mit einem doppelten Sicherheitssystem, einem integrierten Kühlmittelkreislaufsystem und LED-Arbeitsplatzbeleuchtung für ein sichereres und effizienteres Arbeitsumfeld ausgestattet.

Mit einem Drehdurchmesser von 356 mm über dem Bett, einem Spitzenabstand von 1016 mm und einem leistungsstarken 2-PS-Motor bietet die TMG-MT14BL zuverlässige Leistung mit hohem Drehmoment für anspruchsvolle Metallbearbeitungsprozesse wie Drehen, Gewindeschneiden und Formdrehen. Dank 8 Geschwindigkeitsstufen und einem breiten Spindeldrehzahlbereich von 70 bis 2000 U/min ermöglicht die Drehmaschine eine flexible und präzise Steuerung sowohl für weiche Metalle als auch für härtere Werkstoffe.
